Wow- a stunning guitar! This '57 Strat has been built by Fender Master Builder Todd Krause, the man behind both Eric Clapton's and Jeff Beck's Custom Shop guitars. He also builds for them personally and in his 19 years as a Fender Custom Shop Master Builder has made guitars for countless others including Bob Dylan, David Gilmour, Robbie Robertson, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Robin Trower and Roger Waters.

So this Strat is largely vintage spec but with some modern tweaks. We have a 2-piece Alder body with that great aged Shoreline Gold over a two-tone sunburst relic finish. The neck is a single piece of lightly tinted, beautifully flamed 'AAA' grade Maple with a supremely comfortable 10/56 'V' profile. The frets are taller than vintage 6105s and the fingerboard flatter than vintage 9.5", both of which aid playability. There's a bone nut and vintage tuners whilst electronics wise there's a trio of Custom Shop Fat 50's pickups wired to a CRL 5-way switch. Tweed case included.
